Verse:
Well the nation around you is crumbling while the stars fall from the sky and the slippery red moon has now betrayed you as nation rises against nation and wars and famines are the norm. The earth begins to quake from its foundation.

Prechorus:
Well I don't quite know about you but I, yes I can see the writing on the wall. It may seem far away, it may seem hopeless. Is there something we can do after all?

Chorus:
Is there hope in the hopelessness? Is there joy to be found? Is there peace where the heartache ends? Can't there be love all around?
Verse:
While a man is out there shivering in the cold. His fingers and his limbs chilled to the bone. You walk on by as if you'd never join him. A mother searches food to fee her baby. An orphaned child is crying to be loved. Such pictures on your screen are someone's story.
